At Horze, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn and unused equestrian gear. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that horse rugs are free of hair and leather goods are protected from scratches.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
